Cod ceviche
For 4 people:
500g cod fillet
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper Coriander
• Cut up the cod pieces coarsely
• Prepare a marinade by mixing olive oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper. The more lemon you add, the more the fish will cook. In a salad bowl, add the pepper marinade to the cod pieces and mix well.
• Spread the preparation out in a dish & add coriander leaves. Leave to rest 12 to 24 hours in a cool place
Add pepper, salt and lemon to the plates and bon appétit!
