Fish blanquette
For 4 people:
600g of saithe or codfish
400g tinned button mushrooms
1 oinion
15cl of white wine 15cl of liquid fresh cream Salt & pepper Mixed Herbs Flour Butter
• Mince the oinion and brown it with a little butter. Add the drained ushrooms and white wine and bring to the boil.
• Then ad the cream, the mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry and then, pass them thhrough the flour removing any excess.
• Add the fillets to the casserole and reduce the heat. Cook for 20 minutes
